Thats a good one Mommy

Might I just say that I have the most adorable child in the whole effing world. The other day we were at Super Target, pretty standard daily activity because they have everything I "need", and I said something presumably funny. Steve started cracking up and mid giggle looked at me and said, "Oh Mommy, that's a good one!"
I swear I will smother him for being to damn cute and clever, Ill do it!
Anywho,
Charlie came in for a week, on his birthday, which was lovely, and I took lots of pictures of  course, but I'm still on this stupid netbook and cant upload pictures onto it which pisses me off more and more each day. We went into Best Buy, you know, just to look around and I fell in love with an Apple. I begged and pleaded with my husband, however, when you only have 12 dollars an Apple computer or food isn't really up for discussion.
We went putt-putt golfing even though it was 98 degrees outside. I was really horrible on the first hole, I think I finally got it in there after 9 overeager hits with the putter. Charlie insisted upon keeping score, even Steve was on the score card and Steve just hits it around and picks it up and puts in the hole. Charlie was feeling really good about himself and started bragging after he beat me on the first hole, but apparently all I needed was a little practice. Needless to say, Charlie stopped bragging and the score card came up missing at the end.
I won, but he wont admit to it.
We also went to the Palmetto State Park splash pad which was awesome. Steve made a little girl friend in a bikini and they ran around together.
Mostly we just hung out, ate and made the house dirty, which was perfectly fine in my book.
He left today again for another 30 days sooooo bring on the boredom!
