Well Internet, I'm bored. Severely.

Apparently being a Trophy isn't all its cracked up to be.

First of all, Trophy Wives are typically well off, The Berlin's are on their way, but as of right now, I have 35 dollars to my name until next Friday, sweet. 

Secondly, I have like, 3 friends. So, not a whole lot of chilling with my peeps is going on.

Thirdly, what in the hell do Trophy Wives do all day? There is only so much laying by the pool and lunch dates that I can handle.

I must do things!

With that being said, I have a few ideas.

Ive registered for classes at South Louisiana Community College for pre requisites so I can transfer over to the University of Louisiana. I know, I'm super pumped about it too. However, that doesn't start until August and that is a million months away. So, I'm planning a little summer project for myself which I'm also super pumped about.

The Sweet Spot Bakery 

Assorted cupcakes, fresh baked bread, scones, muffins, cookies, really whatever the hell I feel like doing. I have tons of recipes that I am anxious to try and the public needs to eat them because I cant, well without getting all kinds of chunky and who wants that. I certainly don't.

I'm working on a few little lovelies that I'm really excited about, I just did a lemon chiffon cake with blueberry frosting and it was excellent, I have mini banana chocolate chip muffins in the oven right now and I'm trying to perfect some rosemary bread, that is delish and amazingly fragrant.

Wish me luck and hopefully the state of Louisiana will love The Sweet Spot as much as my family and co-workers do. Also, wish me luck that every one that eats the goods will look as cute as Steve.
